This post details the step by step to retrieve data selectively from cells
Assuming you have a spreadsheet below and you want to retrieve Normal1, Normal2 and Normal3 into another colum, say B.
You can use the LEN function in Excel to manipulating text in Excel
Select Colum B2 and enter =RIGHT(A2,LEN(A2)-10) where A2 is the colum that hold the data to be manipulated. the number 10 is the number of letter from J to the hypen infort of Normal, J being 1 and _ 10
If in the others in A3 and A4 are the same just copy the formular down.
